Vertical presses
Vertical rubber injection presses are mainly suitable for the manufacturing of rubber-metal parts, rubber profile bonding, the production of parts (which requires a manual de-moulding), as well as rubber mould parts (where the production cannot be automatized due to economic reasons).
LWB offers you a wide range of vertical clamping systems. You have the following options:
VC-class: A vertical C-frame machine with no tiebars in the way that was specifically designed for moulding corner connections to extruded profiles. This is used for oversized moulds, moulds with a protruding core pull cylinder, and for the use of automation modules. In addition, these moulds are perfectly suited for a quick mould change.
VS-class: A classical 4-column press with a perfect operating height. It is operated by the use of the -telescope clamping system
VR-class: An extremely rigid framed construction with a very favorable price/ performance ratio; the classic solution in the manufacturing of rubber-metal parts and in large-area seals that require high plate stability.
VP-class: Specifically designed for the vacuum application which evacuates the whole mould space. This can either be supplied with or without an injection unit.
