Batch-Off units for mixing room
Over the years, our vast working experience has allowed us to offer standardized and customized solutions in every size and for all requirements. Solid and precise engineering is thereby "second nature" to us.
In order to ensure a smooth subsequent treatment of the strips, it is necessary that the strip cutting edges lay straight-lined one above the other, in order to avoid strip rupture. We have developed a stacking system that guarantees straight edge stacking of the strips.
We manufacture complete batch-off units as well as stacking devices for the retrofitting of your existing units of mixing rooms.
To the left is the palleting device for a batch-off unit with all the relevant components (from end of cooling rack on, meaning gripping device, discharge conveyor, transversal cutting unit, wig wag device, pallet magazine and pallet transport with weighing station).
The whole unit is equipped with a coat transport technique executed with Interlock chains. It can be operated with a frequency controlled stacking time up to 50 m/min.
To allow space-saving palleting, we divided the pallet conveyor, so it is possible to reduce the distances between the pallets to a minimum.
