Our service is available in 3 languages: German, English and French. Besides the coaching via telephone through our competent and experienced staff, we are able to solve many problems via modem with our tele-Service.

In addition, we have our “just-in-case” Hotline, to give you immediate aid all the time. You can get the telephone N° from the recorded message at our reception (0871/ 308-0), during our non-business hours.

Our experienced service technicians will repair and retrofit on site, as well as troubleshoot.
We guarantee a response time of approximately 24 hours. Depending on the duration of the journey, we will even be at your fabrication site in Germany and Europe within this time. If located outside of Europe, we will reach you within 48 hours, if necessary.
Our branches in Pittsburgh/USA and Montataire/France offer you a technical service department of their own, which provides you with their quick and competent support.
